Few weeks back a new friend of mine give this comment about me after 3 days meeting....she conclude that I have know how to nevigate well around people....i just laugh....n thank her...regradless of the true intentions of her giving the comments to me....nvm...just see the glass are half full...yea...and told her that she is not the 1st one giving me that comment...and she continue by saying that why i choose to be in the industry that i am in???...why not lawyer or sales...hahahaa....continue smiling....being in the industry that i am..... yes knowledge and skills is important but if you want to go far...in what ever you do...proactive communication is essential...you need to continuesly communicate with various level of people...nevigation, negotiation and ability to communicate well is a key success...Prof Ungku Aziz famous word....

Apart of reading all the exam related books..articles...and standard for my comming exam....currently reading...
Background : The author is a successfull sales person...a very good book to improve communication daily...maybe the title is a bit cliche...but the techniques that she introduce are really intresting to be practice and to be perfected by all :P
