Alhamdulillah..its August left with 4 more months to end the year...and this month gonna be super fast...insyallah...as today is the 1st day of Ramadhan and i am not part of it...huhuhhuu...natures call as always...expecting more than 10 days to pay back my fasting this time again...so semanggat buying the Tamar yesterday end up its being my breakfast instead of breaking my fast..huhuhuu...sabar je la...
Anyway last weekend was owsome...full day outdoor...from rock climbing to jungle tracking to caving to absailing...so much fun...:)
The next day do my 1st berbekam session...5 blood spots...kindda cool looking blood pouring out of your body...need to do it as my back pain does come back lately...looking for alternative solution to cure it..does hope its work....other than berbekam...did undergo back bone correction session...from it i got to know there are lots of other spot area that facing pain...hemmm....
On top of that got to know that my colon system is not really working at it maximum capacity...thus need to cleans it...huhuuhu...so detox session need to start as few sign of sickness has surface...
